Okie,update my life abit:

hehe. Went for family photo taking at studio earlier in the afternoon.

I think I look damn fat. and the photographer said he will photo-shopped away my FATS!!! :(

Was on duty yesterday and I managed to watch Saw 4, rush hour 3 and Bee movie at station yesterday.

Next duty gonna watch enchanted and Hills have eyes 2. Haha. All these movies are those that I missed when they were launched! :)

I am enjoying work right now.

Yesterday was my Graduation ceremony.
Finally graduated after two years of part time study.
Thinking back on my first lesson. Sitting alone at one corner of the class without friends.
Till my last lesson.. still without any friends..
haha. My life for Uni seem kinda boring.
But I am really glad and thankful I completed my course.
Luckily my dad encouraged me to go on and pursue my degree after I started work.
Dont know how to describe the feeling yesterday when I marched in with my graduation robe.
It is my dad's wish to see us with the "fang mao zhi".
and my sis was telling me, he was very proud yesterday. haha.

Was relived that it was finally over as it was kinda hard for me actually, paying all my school fees by myself without any loan from bank, without any savings.
My salary come, dump into school fees, salary come, dump into school fees...
Really hard for me for the past two yrs.

But I had no regrets. Though I dont know what to do with that cert now, but I believe it will be useful in future. Even if it is not related to my job at all, I am glad I finally fulfilled my dad's wishes.
NExt year would be my sis's turn. :)

and IF I have the money, I would really want to go on and pursue my masters degree.
Bet my DAD gonna be so proud of me then. :)
hehe :)

Oh, how i wish my gf can attend the ceremony with me. hehe.
but nvm.. i am going to attend hers in two and the half yrs' time.

this will be my first ride! yeah I decided on white with red seats.

After many days of struggling and decision making,
I finally decided to buy my copen.
Biggest purchase in my life so far. hehe..
jus hope I will not regret it.
It is a Japanese K car series.
Seen in a few on the road. Saw a white one, a yellow one and a red one(OPC).
So cute!!!!
Was torn between Suzuki Swift, Honda Fit, Toyota Yaris, SUbaru TS or this..
well, this one maybe abit more expensive. but save on road tax and petrol consumption. :)
anyway, yen is rising, coe is rising.
I believe if I dont get my car soon, price will keep on increasing and I gonna wait for a few years later to get this.
so yeah, and gf supported me on this decision.

I am back...

I have been watching episodes of drama serial in my DS.

I am in station now...
Went to gym earlier cos i feel kinda fat recently.
has been really long since i last sweat like shit!
grrrrrrrrr.. been so busy and tired meeting people to deal handphones, watches etc.
but i feel happy to know i am earning money myself without the need to work for others.
well well...
it seems like everyone else is leaving the public sector.
makes me wonder
how long more do I need to stay in this force?
I love this job.. I mean as a firefighter...
experiencing what others can never see or experience in their whole life.
feels like a "hero" sometimes when i get to see people looking at me for help.
but still... it is not enough.
the working environment, the people here and the management....
is just putting people off. Everyone in my station seems to be quitting..
and I really dont know where else can I go.
Feel so helpless suddenly..
wanna leave but cant go anywhere.

anyone with capital and no where to invest?
find me and we will open up a "theme park" cafe.
There is clinic, there is cosplay cafe, haunted cafe, so i bet a theme park cafe gonna work!!!!!
all my dining tables and chairs will be something like the seat of a rollercoaster..

and all my crews will be dressed into cartoon characters.

I spent a marvellous new year with gf!!!!
what a good start for 2007.
we went to harris resort!
we reached there on 1st jan at around 11am.
and then we went swimming, suntanning, go carting, parasailing and banana boating!!!!
and yes... go carting is so damn fun!!!
i played twice cos gf dont wan to play...
alrite... is my first time playing go cart so at first i was kinda slow..
but the second round.....
i was god damn fast alright? i overtook everyone on the circuit....
is fun.. but i guess something is wrong with my cart....
the steering is loose.. but anyway, i still manage to beat all the other racers on the circuit!
haha... im juz born to race!!! HAHAHAHA
and my cart did drift at some of the corners.... haha...
so cool!!!!
parasailing was fun too.... gf's expression was soooooOOo cute!!!
she was so scared... and yet still wanna wave and smile at me...

21st dec : went down to watch fiba young women basketball tournament with LM. and met Mic there...
the three of us just crap about those korean gals and taiwanese ah bengs. haha...

23rd dec : bbq at east coast park. well.. me and jac brought three tents.. but we din even sit inside for more than 15mins.. haha..
cos the rain came..we packed up and left...
is a very disappointing bbq. poor jac organised everything.
brought all the stuffs down..
but everyone seems so not enthu about it...
everyone wanna go home... :(
but the day still end up okay.. cos after the rain,
6 of us checked into HOtel 81 at Geylang and spent the night over there.
drank only half bottle of martell.. haha and LM turned into a cooked prawn...

gf went down with me..
and she was falling aslp outside the court can.
she claims that we were playing against one team of aunties!
haha.. so I am not going to be like them
I am going to quit basketball before I grow older..
so this is a good time now.
Basketball... yes! but no longer competitive.
cos I lost the passion, the interest and the commitment to the team already.
Well..
anyway, saw Candy at ccab ydae for the match.
SHe is still as crappy and noisy as usual...
make me missed having training sessions with all my HUBC buds!

I am back...

my sis was telling me the other day
about a true story of a squid..

oh.. was taking mrt from queenstown station just now..
so much memories there..
i lived there when i was young..
just in front of the mrt station..
from my balcony..
i can see the station directly opposite me..
i remembered once
when I was only about 6 years old..
my grandma fell on the escalator at the mrt station just because she was worried about me
who insisted to go up the escalator behind her..
she was not looking at the steps..
instead she was looking at me behind her..
and she just fell on the escalator cos she dont know that the escalator has reached.
her knees were bleeding badly..
i felt so guilty..
because she never even raise her voice at me for being naughty.
i still remember times when my mum and dad went out to work..
and i was left alone at home with grandma..
and she will cook all my favourite food like bombay toast,
buy my favourite sweets for me,
bring me go eat KFC,
buy ice sticks for me...
buy me markers and pens for me to draw,
bring me down to go cycling
and we will hide all these from my parents cos grandma is afraid that they will scold me..
and she buy all that for me using her own money..
that was wrapped inside layers n layers of plastic bags...
kept inside the biscuit tin...
grandma would tell me about her past when she was young..
and all her stories during world war 2...
well,
I have not seen her for 6 years alr..

I miss my grandma.
